Two things matter most: orientation and resolution. Rotate images the right way up before transcribing — a sideways or upside-down page can produce a partial or failed transcription, and correct rotation dramatically improves quality. On resolution, the rule of thumb is: if a human can't read the handwriting in your image, neither can Leo. Use a smartphone camera rather than a laptop webcam, avoid plastic covers over documents, and prefer your original scans to rescans. Double-page spreads work, though single pages are a little more reliable.
