Transcription is stochastic: the same borderline material can succeed on one run and loop on another. That's why the automatic retry system exists. If a failure persists, crop into smaller sections (or, for PDFs, re-upload choosing Pages), or message us with the page link and we'll investigate. Credits for failed transcriptions are refunded.
