Uploads should appear immediately. If they don't: (1) if uploading from cloud storage, make sure the files are fully downloaded locally first; (2) a connection blip can silently stop an upload — try again. If files that definitely uploaded have vanished, search for them by filename; if they're not found, re-upload — and message us, because that shouldn't happen.
