Yes — lifetime credit packs (100/$20, 500/$80, 1,000/$150) can be bought on their own and never expire. Note that storage on the Free plan is capped at 100 images, so for a large one-off project a single month of a paid plan may work better — subscribe for the month and cancel before it renews.
